 Attention ALL Bidders - Please Read

If you are planning to attend an auction, every person physically arriving on the property must register at each site, 5-10 minutes prior to the auction and provide a valid drivers license.   All purchases must be made in cash.  All sites will require $100 refundable security deposit to purchase any unit.  You must secure the unit with a lock immediately.   The unit must be cleaned out entirely within 24 hours, after which the merchandise becomes the property of the storage facility, and you will not be able to attend again.   Please limit the number of people in your party to no more than 2 adults.  You must be 18 or older to attend an auction.  Additional terms of sale will be posted at time of registration.   Failure to arrive on time may prohibit you from attending the auction.
